About Barry 
Barry Erde was a founding member and rhythm guitarist for the Minds Eye, one of the New York area's most beloved psychedelic blues/rock outfits. A devoted following had the band playing such landmark venues as The Bottom Line, My Fathers Place, Wetlands and Max's Kansas City and landed them on the bill with such notables as Hot Tuna, Keith & Donna, Kingfish, Merl Saunders, Blues Traveler and Al Kooper.
Influenced by the likes of Bob Weir, Jorma Kaukonen and
Richard Thompson among others, Barry's unique approach to guitar
playing brings a subtle layer of color and texture to the "musical
stew".
